Welcome to TheCypressBuilding.com on this Thursday . . . If you are coming to Atlanta, head down to the Board Room, in the Executive Offices to read of great places our visitors have been to while visiting Atlanta. Be sure to share your own find there, too. And be sure to visit Dame Shirley Bassey in The HIghland Room as she sings "The Greatest Love of All". Click The Great Hall, below

Marta is Atlanta's answer to New York City's subway system. It is an above ground (in most places) train that goes all over the city. It also operates a bus system as well. But it doesn't come into Gwinnett County (where my hotel is). So you would have to take a Gwinnett County bus or an Uber to the closest Marta station, which is at Doraville. Doraville is the furthest north station (and the hotel is further north) and the airport has the furthest south station.

If you are flying into Atlanta and you plan on staying with us, you can literally board Marta inside of the airport for no more than 3.00 and go all the way to the Doraville station. From there, you would call an Uber which will cost you around 10.00 to our hotel. So, for about 13.00, you could arrive to our hotel from the airport. Of course, you can rent a car or take a shuttle or an uber from the airport as well.
