I have a big problem with Prince Harry going on national television to denigrate his family. I can understand why Market would: she has no real love for the royal family and stood to gain with world sympathy knowing that millions of people would rally behind her once she brought up the race card.
But Prince Charles is Harry's father. Prince William is Harry's brother. Even if EVERYTHING was true, it just seems to me he should have kept those things between him and his family - and not the world. I know I would never have done that to my family.
Me too, Carol. He has to know that there are millions of people just ready to pounce on his grandmother, father and brother simply because the ARE the royal family. Why he would pour flames on the fire is beyond me. I can dismiss Markel and Wynfrey because they are opportunistic, in my opinion and they don't love the Windsors. Harry, on the other hand. like you said, is their blood. I agree with you.
I concur with you. Neither of them had any business attacking the royal family in such a public matter. They both appear to be spoiled, self-centered, narcissistic people. If Markel did not want to be in the royal family, she should not have married him. You do not marry into that family without understanding the obligations and duties of the royal family. It is unethical to join the family and then try to change it from what it is. That is like so many that immigrate to America, and then try to change our country into what they left. That is not ethical or right.
Of course, any American ceased any interest in the "royal family" of England back on July 4, 1776. By intention and design, we do not have such a family in our nation.
I saw a program yesterday where the man said the he felt the true culprit here (if there was one) was Oprah. She started out so good and was for so long a fair interviewer but has now ended up pertpetuating this "vicitm" mentality where she once would not have done that.
